Patrick Rogan is the Founder and Managing Director of IgnitionHR.
He has been helping senior executives in both large and small companies meet their strategic talent needs for the past 25 years. He specializes in developing programs that help his clients attract, align, manage, and retain top talent.
Prior to starting IgnitionHR, he led all aspects of HR as Chief Talent Officer at DCI Group where he designed, implemented and managed performance management, compensation, learning/development and employee communications. He has served as Director of Human Resources, North America for Watson Wyatt (now Willis Towers Watson) and was in charge of Talent Attraction for the Critical Technologies Practice at EY.
Patrick is a certified Predictive Index® Consultant and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from McDaniel College.
